Please send a copy of your EIN tax ID# or Resale Certificate and we will provide you with the login information necessary to enter our wholesale website. The minimum amount for an opening order is $300; the minimum for subsequent orders is $150. Initial orders must be paid by Visa, Mastercard, or Discover. Until terms are established, subsequent orders must also be paid by credit card.
